Kudra Falla-Ricketts | Solicitor

Kudra was admitted as a solicitor in 2024. Before joining CDA, she worked and volunteered in various roles at the Northern Rivers Community Legal Centre, Legal Aid, Environmental Justice Australia and the Australian Earth Laws Alliance, mainly in the areas of civil and environmental law.

Kudra lives and works on Bundjalung country in Northern NSW, where she has experienced the impacts of climate change firsthand in the 2019 bushfires and 2022 floods.

Kudra has a long background in grassroots community organising and environmental activism, which cultivated her desire to study law for the purpose of defending the environment and environmental activists. She is committed to ensuring that anyone who stands up for climate and nature has the legal support they deserve.
